EEOICPA Families & Claimants
The mission of the EEOICPA program is to provide lump-sum compensation and health benefits to eligible Department of Energy nuclear weapons workers (including employees, former employees, contractors and subcontractors) and lump-sum compensation to certain survivors if the worker is deceased.
All services are provided in your home and at no cost to you as a benefit of the federal compensation program settlements. We directly bill the State so you are not troubled with any out-of-pocket expenses.
